The Hydrotube is located on the city bus line at the Natatorium Pool, 1811 Warm Springs Ave., behind Adams Elementary School.  It features a fun and fast, safe water slide with splashdown pool and access to the Natatorium Pool, where the entire family can enjoy a large swimming pool, diving boards, wading pool, turfed sunning area and concession stand.

The City of Boise welcomes the Hula Hut to Ivywild and Natatorium pools.

Pool Information

Rectangular shaped, 40 yards by 20 yards main pool.

7200 square feet surface area and 240,000 water gallons in main pool.

Separate wading pool for children 6 years and under.

Deep end 12 feet deep, with two one-meter diving boards.

Hydrotube and separate splashdown pool. Hydrotube has a separate admission price.

Youth Outdoor Pool Swimming Lessons

Classes are available at all outdoor pools through the Boise Parks & Recreation Stroke & Turn Aquatic Recreation program (STAR). Eight 25 minute classes are offered in two-week sessions, Monday-Thursday. Class size is limited. Registration is available on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-school classes are available to ages 3-4 years. Swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water.For all other classes students must be at least 4 years of age.

Summer Recreation Swim Team (5-18 Yrs)

Open to all youth ages 5-18 who are NOT year-round competitive swimmers.  Swimmers who participate in organized competitive swimming between January 1 and May 31 are not eligible for this league.

Improve your swimming skills and enjoy fun, competitive meets between other city and private pool teams.  Participants must be able to swim 25 yards prior to the first practice.Swimmers will compete based on the age they are as of June 1st. Coaches will train participants in basic swimming skills. Practice times will be decided by age of your child. Register Online beginning April 16, 2018 for residents and April 18, 2018 for non-residents. All meets begin at 5:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Team sizes are limited, and registration is on a first come, first served basis.

Private Rentals

The facility may be rented for private parties Monday - Saturday between 9:00 - 10:30 p.m.  Sunday reservations can be made between 5:30pm-10:00pm. Reservations must be made and fees paid in advance. See pool party rates.
