Ivywild Park

Ivywild Park is approximately 18 acres. The park's most recognizable feature is the outdoor pool, which includes a toddler pool and slides.

Other amenities including a walking path, tennis courts, playground, softball fields, soccer fields, restrooms, open play areas and a reservable picnic shelter.

Open play areas are cut grass spaces that provide opportunities for healthy recreational activities for people of all ages.

Playground is for ages 2-12.

The playground surface is wood chips.

Pool

The larger/main pool has large pretzel slide and two drop-off slides for swimmers only. The pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes.

The wading pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes and numerous play amenities. The wading pool is designed for non-swimming youth ages 6 years and under.

Soccer

Fields are scheduled and reserved for local soccer organizations and partners by Boise Parks and Recreation. 

This park has two grass practice fields.

Softball

Softball fields are open from April-October and may be rented for team practices or tournaments beginning in the spring. League games run Sunday-Friday evenings and tournaments occur on the weekends.

Tennis courts may be reserved by contacting Boise Parks and Recreation at (208) 608-7680.

One court must be open for public use at all times.

This park has four tennis courts available.

Smoking Prohibition

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all City of Boise parks, including within 20 feet of the Boise River Greenbelt, except in designated areas within Ann Morrison and Julia Davis Parks and at city-owned golf courses.

Skate Spot Information

The skate spot facility was approved by the Boise Parks and Recreation Commission at their December 16, 2021 meeting. The next step is fundraising.
