The Art Center is a state-of-the-art facility offering quality art instruction for youth, teen and adults at an affordable price.
Located in Fort Boise Community Center, the 4,500-square-foot Art Center encompasses three studio spaces. More than 200 different classes are offered each year for children age 2 1/2 to seniors.
Professional instructors teach classes in a wide variety of art mediums, including:
The Art Center encourages opportunities for people with disabilities by providing accommodations or specialized classes such as Access to the Arts offered by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department's AdVenture program.
Fort Boise Community Center and the Art Center are operated by Boise Parks and Recreation.

Open Studio Times
**Open studio time is included when you enroll in an art class. Come as much as you want at no additional charge. Daily drop-in rates of $11.25 for pottery and $2 for drawing/painting (payable upon arrival at Fort Boise) is available for those who are not enrolled in a class.**
