Reserve a Park Facility
2015 reservation season is April 11th thru October 11th.
Are you planning a family picnic, company retreat or special event in a Boise park? Reservations are now available online 11 months in advance for most locations. NOTE: Scheduling for Community Events are not available online.
The shelters, picnic sites, gazebos and gardens can be reserved 11 months in advance at these parks:
* Borah Park - shelter
* Camel's Back Park - picnic site
* Cassia Park - shelter
* Ivywild Park - shelter
* Kathryn Albertson Park - Eyrie site and Rookery gazebo
* Marianne Williams Park - shelter and gazebo
* Municipal Park - shelter and picnic sites
* Phillippi Park - shelter
* Quarry View Park - shelter
* Winstead Park - shelter
Reservations can be made 11 months in advance on the first day of the month (12:01 a.m. on the 1st Day of the 11th month).
The Ann Morrison Old Timer's Shelter, Veterans Park shelter and picnic sites, and the Rose Garden, Boise Pavilion and Agriculture Pavilion in Julia Davis Park will be available at 12:01 a.m. Jan. 1, 2015 for the 2015 season.
Reservations guarantee you the location, date and time for your scheduled event.

Four (4) options to place a park reservation:
ONLINE facilities may be reserved online via our RecTrac system.
To make a reservation online, customers will need to make sure they have a valid username and password at https://bprwebtrac.cityofboise.org prior to making an online reservation. Your address must be verified by a staff member during regular business hours.
FORM Fill out an online request form and submit it for processing.

Office Hours are M-F 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. closed legal holidays.
