Time to begin thinking about summer!
Registration for all summer programs, including swimming lessons, swim team and water fitness will begin on April 20th for City Residents online or in person. Phone registration for residents begins on April 22nd.
Non residents can register beginning April 27th.
Summer positions for all outdoor swimming pools are posted during the month of March. Applications are accepted online only here.
City outdoor pools open on the last day of school for the Boise School District. Registration for summer programs will begin in April.
If you would like to reserve a pool for a private party, please call 608-7680 Monday through Friday. Reservations are accepted beginning the first business day in February.

Swim lessons are available at all six pools from June - August. Eight 25-minute classes are offered Mondays-Thursdays in two-week sessions. Classes are taught by certified instructors. Youth season swim passes start at $30 for Boise city residents. Family passes and non-resident passes also are available. Find season swim pass and daily admission information here.
Borah, Fairmont, Ivywild, and the Natatorium Pools are wheelchair accessible.
South Pool, located next to South Junior High School will offer weekly water aerobics classes. Check the summer Activity Guide for more details.
Fairmont Pool offers an Inflatable obstacle course
Fairmont pool will offer an inflatable obstacle course. It will be available during open swim on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30pm-5:30pm, Fridays from 7pm-9pm, and all day on Sundays. Swim test will be required to participate. There will still be areas of the pool available for those who do not wish to play on the inflatable.
