Stewart Gulch Park

5070 Eyrie Way

DSCN1839.JPGConstruction has been completed on a playground, sidewalks, shelter and parking lot at the park.

At the request of neighbors, the playground was designed to complement the Foothills environment. Play features include natural-colored climbing boulders and treehouse-themed play equipment for 2-5 and 5-12 year olds.

Funding for the $230,000 project was provided by impact fees that have been generated by residential construction. The contractor was K-J Corp.

Previously known as Medicine Creek Park, the park is located in the Medicine Creek subdivision. A master plan was completed in 1998.
