Aqua Fitness - Shallow Water
There are many benefits to water aerobics. Water aerobics builds your cardiovascular endurance while relieving stress on your joints by about 90% versus aerobics on land. The buoyancy also allows freedom of movement and the water resistance helps strengthen a variety of muscle groups. This class offers a full body workout for all fitness levels, including beginners.
Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays.
