The City of Boise welcomes Tree City Juice and Smoothie Cafe' to Ivywild and Natatorium pools. Tree City is the Valley's, only non-franchise, premier smoothie and wrap destination. Visit the concessions where a variety of 100% fruit smoothies will be offered daily along with healthy, homemade wraps, and other delights. Pool Information

Larger main pool has large pretzel slide and two drop-off slides for swimmers only.

Main pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes.

Wading pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes and numerous play amenities. The wading pool is designed for non-swimming youth ages 6 years and under.

Junior Lifeguard (formerly Guard Start)

The American Red Cross Junior Lifeguard program is offered at Ivywild Pool. This course is designed to give young people between the ages of 11 and 14 a jump start to becoming lifeguards. Course activities include: fitness training, learning how to prevent accidents, leadership, professionalism, and responsiveness. Participants will receive activity books and will also do volunteer work with the lifeguards to experience how the facility operates on a day to day basis. Online registration begins for residents April 15 and April 22 for nonresidents. For more information , please contact Ivywild Pool at 608-7680 after May 30, 2013.
Resident: $59.00/Session
Nonresident: $90.90/session


Private Rentals

The facility is available to rent from 9:00 - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Reservations must be made and fees paid in advance. See pool party rates.

Youth Outdoor Pool Swimming Lessons

Classes are available at all outdoor pools through the Boise Parks & Recreation Stroke & Turn Aquatic Recreation program (STAR). Eight 25 minute classes are offered in two-week sessions, Monday-Thursday. Class size is limited. Registration is available on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-school classes are available to ages 3-4 years. Swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water.For all other classes students must be at least 4 years of age.
