Children must be 9 or older to attend the pool without an adult.  Kids 8 and younger must be supervised in the water by a guardian age 16 or older.

Monday-Thursday 4:00-5:30pm
Friday & Saturday 7:00-9:00pm

Youth - 18 years of age $1.50
Adults $2.50

Family Swim Wednesday Evening/Weekends
Per family rate of $9.00 (up to 5 family members, each additional family member is $1.00)

The City of Boise welcomes The Hula Hut to Ivywild and Natatorium pools.


Pool Information

Larger main pool has large pretzel slide and two drop-off slides for swimmers only.

Main pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes.

Wading pool has a zero-depth entry with curved shapes and numerous play amenities. The wading pool is designed for non-swimming youth ages 6 years and under.

Junior Lifeguard (formerly Guard Start)

The American Red Cross Junior Lifeguard program is offered at Ivywild Pool. This course is designed to give young people between the ages of 11 and 14 a jump start to becoming lifeguards. Course activities include: fitness training, learning how to prevent accidents, leadership, professionalism, and responsiveness. Participants will receive activity books and will also do volunteer work with the lifeguards to experience how the facility operates on a day to day basis. For more information, please call 608-7680, or contact Ivywild Pool after June 3, 2014.
Resident: $59.00/Session

Private Rentals

The facility is available to rent from 9:00 - 10:30 p.m. Monday - Saturday. Reservations must be made and fees paid in advance. See pool party rates.

Youth Outdoor Pool Swimming Lessons

Classes are available at all outdoor pools through the Boise Parks & Recreation Stroke & Turn Aquatic Recreation program (STAR). Eight 25 minute classes are offered in two-week sessions, Monday-Thursday. Class size is limited. Registration is available on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-school classes are available to ages 3-4 years. Swimmers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the water.For all other classes students must be at least 4 years of age.

Boise Smokefree Park SignSmoking is prohibited in all public parks, including within 20 feet of the Boise Greenbelt, except in designated areas within Ann Morrison and Julia Davis parks and city-owned golf courses.
