Boise Urban Garden School hosts plant sale May 6-7

Boise Urban Garden School (BUGS) is hosting a plant sale from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. May 6-7th at the Boise Urban Garden School Education Facility, located at Comba Park at 2995 N. Five Mile Road, in Boise.

Get your local grown organic edible plants, garden vegetables and flowers, and more and help support BUGS and their youth programs. All sales benefit BUGS educational programs.

At Boise Urban Garden School, an organic garden becomes the foundation for learning. BUGS teaches youth and adults the basics of gardening though science, health and environmental based lesson plans. Each year, BUGS serves approximately 6,500 youth through multiple education programs and continuously provide students with “real life” experiences. At Boise Urban Garden School our mission is to grow healthy communities and inquiring minds.

The Boise Urban Garden School is a program of the City of Boise and Boise Parks and Recreation.
